It’s been awhile since my last writing..

What was i doing?? Let me think…

Hmmmm..

working.. working.. and working…

Not that I am a workoholic, NOT AT ALL. I just got this job which is really took my time and turned my very long weekend into a very long job hour. Sigh..

Oh well, just take the positive side. I have a job and always paid on time

Besides working, when I have time at home, I would really love to watch movie called “How I Met Your Mother“. When I first heard the title of this movie, I thought it was about meeting a mother in law and I thought it was a dull movie. But i was wrong.

This movie is so hilarious, so funny, it can make me laugh and also can make me feel don’t want to stop watching it.

I took from here

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER is a comedy about Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor) in the year 2030 recounts to his son and daughter the events that led to his meeting their mother, which explains the title and allows for a narration in the past tense. It all started when Ted’s best friend, Marshall (Jason Segel), dropped the bombshell that he was going to propose to his longtime girlfriend, Lily (Alyson Hannigan), a kindergarten teacher. At that moment, Ted realized that he had better get a move on if he, too, hopes to find true love. Helping him in his quest is his friend Barney (Neil Patrick Harris), a confirmed bachelor with endless, sometimes outrageous opinions, a penchant for suits and a foolproof way to meet women. When Ted meets Robin (Cobie Smulders), he’s sure it’s love at first sight, but destiny has something else in store. The series is narrated through flashbacks from the future.

This movie isn’t just about funny things that usually happens around us, but sometimes there are something that we can learn from this movie. Such as these 2 episodes that I like.

On one episode in season 1, Ted is single and wanted to have a girlfriend. Because he was kinda desperate, so he go to a Matchmaker. This matchmaker is the greatest one in the city and never failed to match someone. But with Ted, the matchmaker couldn’t find one single girl for him. So she (the matchmaker) searched and searched and searched until she found Ted’s only match, this 9.6 compatibility rating girl who already got engaged with someone with 8.5 compatibility rating *where the numbers comes from? don’t ask me, the matchmaker using some love algorithm*
Without the matchmaker’s noticed, Ted went to see this 9.6 girl, Sarah o’Brian. He curious what is this girl look like. After seeing this girl, Ted really sure that she is THE ONE, because of their compatibility rating is 9.6.
Then, on the second visit, he convinced her that he is the one for her because he is 9.6, and her fiancee is just 8.5.
And what did Sarah say?

She said,
Do you honestly believe deep down that there is no one else for you just because some computer said so?
You can’t calculate feeling, when you were fell in love with someone, 8.5 equal with 10..

Isn’t that sweet…

And then on other episode in second season, Lily had a play *a theatre play* that she wanted her friends to come to see her play. After 3 hours play, then Lily asked to their friends, how was her play..
Everybody said it was wonderful, awesome, never knew the ending was gonna be that way. Well, not everybody said the truth about the play.

Barney : Wow Lily that sucked. It was, it was terrible. you guys agreed, right? Hey sorry i was just beeing honest because I’m your friend
Lily        : No. Friends make each other feel good. They build each other up and support them. That’s what being a good friend’s about.
Barney : Yeah, if you are smurf.

It was kinda make me think. What should a bestfriend do? Tell the truth even it hurts or just support them by lying to her/him?

Overall, it’s worth it to watch the movie. Because it’s funny, hilarious, and don’t forget, watching this movie is going to be a LEGENDARY!! *if you don’t understand what i am saying, then you really have to watch this movie*
