I wish I had amnesia

Pernah denger kalimat ini ato pernah ngucapin kalimat ini? I had. That was my wish for quiet sometime in the past. Gw pernah berharap gw bisa menghilangkan sebagian memori gw yang ngga mau gw inget-inget lagi. Gw pernah berharap gw bisa ngambil ingetan itu dari kepala gw terus gw buang jauh-jauh. But HEY WAKE UP!! We live in a real world. You can’t erase your memory just like you click shift+del on your computer.

Jadi gimana caranya biar ngga keinget-inget lagi?

If you keep pushing yourself not to remember what you don’t want to remember, you will keep remember it. So what you have to do is..

1. Let it go.

Ikhlas. Ember susah bener untuk mengikhlaskan sesuatu. Tapi sebenernya kunci utamanya ya itu. Ikhlaskan saja. Let it go. Jadi inget lagu ini..

2. Replace it

For sure you can’t erase memory. What you can do is replace it with a new and better memory.

Misalnya nih, klo ke restoran A lu masih suka keinget-inget sama mantan karena pernah makan berdua disitu. Then replace those memory with the new one. Ask your boyfriend to come to that restaurant and have the most romantic dinner you can imagine, or do something that you think you will never do in that restaurant. Sing for him. Atau masak di dapurnya restoran itu. Eh tapi jangan masak deng, entar malah diusir lagi gara-gara ngeberantakin dapur orang. Hahahahaha…

3. Believe that everything happens for a reason

Yup, everything happen for a reason, usually a good one. You just have to believe that. And keep believing that God will give the best for you.
